At Elkhart Community Church, we believe that faith is a journey, not a destination. Taking your next step could mean joining a small group, volunteering your time, or even just learning more about what it means to follow Jesus. Whatever your step, we’re here to walk with you.

Check-In & Safety
We recommend arriving about 20 minutes early to check in your child and get to the service on time.
Everyone entering the kids area must have a check-in tag.
We use a parent paging system so we can quickly reach you if needed.
Children are released only to adults with the matching parent tag.
All volunteers go through a background check and interview.
Security team members monitor the hallways during services.
There’s one secure entrance to the kids wing through the front lobby. Exterior doors remain closed on Sundays for safety.
Health Guidelines
To keep everyone healthy, please stay home if you or anyone in your household has had in the last 72 hours:
A fever
Cough, sore throat, vomiting, diarrhea, chills, or shortness of breath
A new loss of taste or smell
Kids
We’re all about helping kids from birth through 6th grade grow in faith and have fun along the way! Our age-specific environments are designed to help every child learn about God’s love in a way that fits them just right.
Nursery
A safe and nurturing space where our caring team shows babies and toddlers God’s love from the very beginning.
Pre-K
With stories, songs, and hands-on fun, our Pre-K kids start discovering who God is and how much He loves them.
Elementary
Kids dive into exciting Bible lessons that make learning about Jesus fun, interactive, and meaningful.
Preteen (4th–6th Grade)
Our preteens have space to ask questions, grow in faith, and connect with others through age-appropriate teaching and activities.
Join us at 9 AM or 10:30 AM for a vibrant kids experience during each of our Sunday services!
Students
Our Student Ministry (Grades 7–12) is a place where teens can grow in faith, build friendships, and have fun—all while learning what it means to follow Jesus.
We meet on Sunday nights from 6:00–8:00 PM, combining games, worship, and age-appropriate teaching that connects students to God’s Word in real and relevant ways.
Each week focuses on friendship, prayer, and scripture, helping students grow stronger in their walk with Jesus and encouraging them to live out their faith in everyday life.
We also host retreats and trips throughout the year to deepen their spiritual journey and build community.
Students can enter through the back entrance off the parking lot.
